Mailing Costs
Orders are sent by normal surface post and registered as 'books'. Express mail is available at customer's demand. Standard shipping costs do apply.
As the goods travel at the risk of the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transport. An insurance can be taken at customer's charge.
Returns
We do not accept returns of damaged goods. We accept returns in case of defective goods such as missing pages, plates upside down, etc.
Cancellations
Orders for items not yet despatched may be cancelled at any time, without penalty.
Credit cards
We accept Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express.
Internet Money
We do not accept liability for the theft of personal data on the Internet (such as your credit card number). We strongly advise all customers to send credit card details by fax or post only.
Law on privacy
Considering the law on privacy, customers have the right to view their personal data in our customers list. We also ensure that no personal information will be released to any foreign body.
